Royal Mail typically collect from stores within 3 business days. If the collection is attempted and fails for any reason then royal mail will organise the collection again for the following day.
If you havent had a collection in 5 working days please contact our IT Service Desk using the portal, we will try to organise a new collection and get the devices collected from you.
