Customers are typically paid within 15–30 minutes of their order being completed in-store.
In some rare cases, payments may take up to 2 hours for example, if our payment provider is undergoing maintenance or the customer’s bank is performing additional security checks.
If the customer hasn’t received their payment after this time, please ask them to contact musicMagpie Customer Services.
