I’m unable to scan a QR code — what should I do?

If the QR code doesn’t scan, you can manually enter the reference number found at the bottom of the customer’s email. 

 

If the issue keeps happening, please report it via the Partner Portal:

👉 Go to the Grading Page and click ‘Report an Issue’ so our IT team can investigate.

 

Tip:

In most cases, scanning errors occur because there’s a hidden space at the start of the reference field. Double-check there isn’t a space before the reference number, then try again.
