Customers would have already entered their bank details into the musicMagpie checkout via our website. It is important to make sure the customer is happy they have given the correct bank details before you complete the transaction.
How can a customer change their Bank Details?
Customers can change their Bank Details by accessing the musicMagpie website or Mobile App if they have it:
- Click on ‘My Account’
- Click on ‘Payment Details’
- Click on ‘Edit’
- Amend Bank Details and click on save.
How quick will payment be issued?
Payment will be instant in most cases, occasionally banks take longer to process so it can be up to 2 hours. Please advise customers payment will happen once they've left the Store just to help you keep hold of the device they have traded-in safely, and if they still haven't received it, to reach out to musicMagpie directly.
