Once an order is completed
Once an order has been completed, the customer has been paid so you must keep hold of the phone. Please place the phone in the returns box and into the safe, and place in the safe until Royal Mail comes to do a collection from you.

Who will collect the phones?
Royal Mail will collect the phones. They will have preprinted lables to put on each box.
