How to deal with 'Multi-Traders'?

At musicMagpie, we often see customers who have lots of items to trade which is absolutely okay in a lot of cases. When we see a customer who sends us a lot of faulty or damaged stock, we may ask them to only send their devices via Royal Mail so we can complete a full diagnostic check before we make payment. 

IMPORTANT! It's also important that you, as the Timpson colleague, ask to retrieve the IMEI on screen yourself on the screen to ensure that we don't have any undesirable multi-traders who are unfortunately trying to sell fraudulent devices.
